I like exercise besically biceps and triceps. I need to hold


I like exercise besically biceps and triceps.
I need to hold 20~30Kg dumbell by my both arms.
but I feel pain in my arms.
Is there any solutions to overcome this problem?
Do my body need to delivery proper nutrients into my muscles
by expanding diameter of the blood vessels to overcome this problems? if so how can I?
Does nitric oxide solve this problem, if so can i use nitroglycerin as tablet before exercise or any other medicines?
You should gradually increase the weight so that your muscles can grow. You should go to the gym twice a week like Monday and Thursday because your muscles need to rest and grow. You should have light and heavy days. For example, Monday is for light weight and Thursday is for heavy weight. The menu is 3 sets 12 laps a day for each biceps and triceps. If you feel pain, you should use lighter weight and take pain medication until the pain is gone. Eat food containing plenty of protein and less saturated fat such as chicken breast or turkey breast (if you can buy it in Japan). Take creatinine supplement if you don't have a kidney problem. Nitric oxide doesn't help muscles increase. You should work with a personal trainer if you want.

50 times are too many.
For example, lift 6kg 12 times (12 laps) that is 1 set. take a break, do the second set. take a break, do the third set. Also your body posture is very important. You should talk to a trainer in the gym about it.
You should take over-the-counter pain medication such as イブプロフェン.
クレアチン is available in Japan.

I am not sure nitric oxide will help. You should do cardiovascular exercise like tredmil before the weight exercise. It can pump your heart and more blood will go to the muscles. Also it is good for your heart.

I did cardiovascular exercise like trademill but

after 5 minutes i feel my heart seems to be more harder

and I feel I should take more oxygen, If I cannot take sufficient

oxygen then I should stop the trademill.


Do I need sufficient oxygen to operate Heart and muscles in the body?

I checked them. don't know they will work or not. don't think they are necessary. If you have normal pulmonary function, you can get enough oxygen from air. After you do cardiovascular, your heart pumps blood faster when you do biceps and triceps. Important things are to take enough protein, keep weightlifting twice a week, gradually increase the weight, and get a good trainer. I started to do bench press with a only bar. 2 years later I could lift 300 pounds.

1.One thing is I dont know that I have normal pulmonary function or not.

How can I check my pulmonary function?

Is there any blood test can help to get to know the condition of

pulmonary function? If so would u please tell me the the name of

I have triglyceride level too high which is also risk for coronary artery.

How can I optimize the level? If i try to start fat free food it can help

If you have high LDL, low HDL, you should avoid food containing saturated fat as much as possible and not eat foods containing transfat. Avoid fast food and fried food. Should I avoid high glycemic and high fructose, refined sugars. high fructose beverages?

I saw the another product of omega-3 capsules.

but it contains "refined triglyceride". Is it harmful for me as it

In a few days I searched Nitric Oxide in the market by Google and I found

but they are not direct source of Nitric Oxide as they need some time for conversion.

Nitric oxide is available only with prescription. We are not allowed to prescribe it online.
I don't think the products you mentions contain nitric oxide.
Next two articles are about new molecule (2-[nitrooxy]thyl 2-amino-3-methylbutanoate). If it is taken orally, nitric oxide is increased.
There is a tropical gel.
They have some effect to muscles.
GNC sells products containing 2-[nitrooxy]thyl 2-amino-3-methylbutanoate.

I have few questions about others. They are given below:


I searched proteins "MRP Pro" from Japanese site.

It has whey+casein+carbohaydrates+agrinine+glutamine+creatine all in one package.


is it good for me? but it has carbohydrates means it creates me an obese.

I bascicaly do exercise twice a week.Saturday and Sunday.

Trademill and then lifting weight with benchpress.

every week I can burn 2Kg in Saturday and Sunday.

but then next 3 days, Monday to Wednesday I gain weight 2Kg.

My current weight was 88Kg.

After 2 days exercise weight will be 86Kg.

and withinn next 3 days the weight is 88Kg.



I am continuing exercise 2days every week and every week the same results.

Is there any problem in my body or hormonal problem.

How can I overcome this problem? or is there any scientifically proven medicine

to overcome this problem.

I can take any medicine you suggest me plus I continue the exercise keeping

I take approx 1.5 liters apple juice daily with Whey protein+Casein protein + glutamine+ creatine + arginine powder and mix with them.

but apple juice is not higly concentrate, maximum is water so less


100ml = 50Kcal

1.5litre = 725Kcal (リンゴ10%)

I started my workout from this year. 1st May. and also my diet.

But I did not be able to lower my weights. It is also the same .

How much sugar does the apple juice have in 1.5 liters? I don't recommend fruit juice. You should eat apples instead of the juice because they contains fibers. Also the volume makes your full compared to the juice. Sugar easily becomes fat if it is not consumed as energy. You should also eat a lot of vegetables and fruits (no bananas) and moderate amount of complex carbohydrates such as whole grain bread, brown rice, beans, sweat potatoes, whole grain pasta and so forth instead of refined sugar in the apple juice.
You should eat small meal 5 or 6 times a day instead of regular meal 3 times a day. You should do fat burn cardiovascular exercise such as fast walk 30 minutes every day ideally before breakfast instead of intense cardio such as running because running makes your heart stronger, but can't burn fat well. Take vitamin B12 supplement to avoid the deficiency because B12 is contained in only dairy product and meats.

I have a problem in my sleep. when i go to the bed, my eyes were open for 1-2 hours.
