I bascicaly do exercise twice a week.Saturday and Sunday.
Trademill and then lifting weight with benchpress.
every week I can burn 2Kg in Saturday and Sunday.
but then next 3 days, Monday to Wednesday I gain weight 2Kg.
My current weight was 88Kg.
After 2 days exercise weight will be 86Kg.
and withinn next 3 days the weight is 88Kg.
I am continuing exercise 2days every week and every week the same results.
